Account data: your email address, display name and password (stored as a hash by our authentication provider).

Activity data: the simulated trades, positions, balances and evaluation results your account generates, and basic technical logs (such as timestamps and error reports) needed to run the Service.

Payment data: payments are processed by Stripe. We receive payment status and a reference. We never see or store your full card number.

Usage data: how the site is used — pages viewed, clicks, page-load timings and errors — collected through PostHog, including session replays in which everything you type is masked, and browser console output attached to error reports. This runs for visitors as well as signed-in users. When you sign in, that activity is linked to your account id and email address.

To operate your account and evaluations, apply the published trading rules, process payments and payouts (including the identity check required before a payout), keep the Service secure, fix errors, and understand how the Service is used so we can improve it. We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

We use a small set of processors to run the Service: Supabase (database, authentication and hosting of application data), Stripe (payments), Railway (application hosting), Sentry (error monitoring, keyed to your account id only), PostHog (usage analytics and session replay, as described above) and Cloudflare Turnstile (a bot check on the sign-in, sign-up, password-reset and public chat forms, which reads your IP address and browser signals to tell people from bots). Each receives only what it needs to perform its function.

The Service sets these cookies: sign-in session cookies from our authentication provider; preference cookies for your theme and odds format (one year); a referral cookie when you arrive through an affiliate link (one year, used only to pre-fill the code at checkout); a contest cookie that remembers the pick you entered (180 days); a flag once you have dismissed the passed-evaluation notice on an account (one year); and PostHog's analytics cookie, which identifies your browser across visits so your sessions can be joined together. None of them is used for advertising or to track you across other sites.

Account and activity data are kept while your account exists, and financial records (payments, payouts and the account ledger) as long as we are required to keep them. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data via the support channels on this site; we will honor it except where retention is legally required.

You can access and update your display name and preferences in Settings, request a copy of your data, or request deletion. The Service is not intended for anyone under 18.
